Every engagement is delivered personally by the principal: the person on the scoping call is the person who builds the model and presents the findings. There is no hand-off to junior staff and no licence fee for the model you keep.
Why “Wickham”
The practice takes its name from Wickham Terrace, the street that climbs from Brisbane’s city centre up to Spring Hill and has long been known as the address of the city’s specialists. It is the standard we hold ourselves to: specialist work, done properly, that people can rely on.
The practice is situated in Brisbane and works with clients across Queensland.
Why “numbers that hold up”
A model is only worth something if it survives the meeting it is taken to: the councillor’s question, the owner who wants to know why the levy went up, the credit analyst reading page three. Everything about how we work (the written scope, the sourced figures, the checks, the unlocked model) is there so the numbers hold up in that room.
