“Will we have enough cash to pay everyone over the next three months, and what do we do if not?”

What it is

A week-by-week view of the cash coming into and going out of the business over the next 13 weeks, built from its own records, so the owner can see a shortfall coming and act on it before it arrives rather than after.

A week-by-week cash forecast built from your accounting data, debtors, creditors, payroll and commitments (BAS, super, loan repayments), showing when the low point hits and the three levers ranked: collect, defer, fund. You keep the model, with a one-page guide to roll it forward each week.

When clients call us

Cash is tight despite steady sales, a large payment or seasonal dip is coming, the bank or a supplier has asked about cash, or the owner wants to see the low point before it arrives.

  • Cash low point and timing, with the three levers ranked: collect, defer, fund

Common questions

How much does a 13-week cash flow forecast cost?

$1,950 plus GST ($2,145 including GST), a fixed fee, delivered in five business days from complete information.

What do you need from us?

Aged debtors and creditors as at this week, bank balances and statements for the last three months, a payroll summary, loan and lease repayment schedules, BAS, PAYG and tax due dates, any large receipts or payments coming up, and the last 12 months' profit and loss by month. An export from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks covers most of it. A one-page checklist sets out the full list.

How long does it take?

Five business days from receiving the information, finishing with a 30-minute walk-through of the forecast, the low point and the three levers: collect, defer, fund.

Can we keep using it?

Yes. The model is handed over unlocked, with a one-page guide to rolling it forward each week, so your team can keep it current. If you would rather have it checked regularly, the Quarterly Pulse or a refresh of the forecast is available.
