Fixed fees, published.
Every engagement is a fixed fee for a written scope. The proposal confirms the price before any work starts, and the price quoted is the price invoiced.

How fees work
- Fees are fixed for the scope, deliverables and timetable in the proposal. Fees marked “scoped” are confirmed in the proposal once the size of the job is known.
- Fees are shown plus GST, with the GST-inclusive amount beside them. Tax invoices show GST separately.
- Half the fee is invoiced when the engagement letter is signed and the balance on delivery of the final model and report. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing and starts only when you accept the quote. Nothing is added to an invoice without your written approval.
- Travel outside Brisbane and third-party data are charged at cost, only when agreed in advance.
Terms
Every engagement is governed by the engagement letter and Wickham Advisory’s Terms of Trade, supplied with every proposal and available on request. How personal information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Councils: until Local Buy appointment, engagements under your own procurement thresholds proceed by written quotation.
